Patanjali Kesh Kanti Oil claims:
Patanjali Kesh Kanti Oil helps to take care of multiple problems like hair fall, premature graying of hair, dandruff, and roughness of your hair. It is also helpful to provide relief from headaches and sleeplessness.
Directions of usage:
Massage Patanjali Kesh Kanti Oil thoroughly into hair and scalp. Leave overnight in order to allow the roots to absorb the nutrients well.
Key ingredients in Patanjali Kesh Kanti Oil
The most potent ingredients are Brahmi, Amla, Bhringraj mehendi etc.
My Experience with Patanjali Kesh Kanti Oil:
The bottle comes in a cardboard box.The box has all the important details about the product including the active ingredients, directions for usage etc. The bottle itself has a flip open cap which is strong, sturdy.I cannot comment if it is leakage proof or not.
Texture-wise, I would call it thick, somewhat like Mustard oil. If you know, most of the so-called non-sticky oils contain a lot of mineral oil, which is not good for your body. So, the thicker the oil, I consider it purer.
The predominant fragrance of this oil is that of Amla with hints of Kapoor or Camphor. It is the Camphor which is responsible for the cooling sensation but it is not bothersome, like Navratna oil. Those with a sensitive nose might find the fragrance a bit overpowering.
The best way to reap the benefits of Patanjali Kesh Kanti Oil is to leave this on overnight. If due to some reason, you cannot then at least let it stay for an hour.I have normal hair texture with an oily scalp.Whatever, little frizz my hair develops is beautifully taken care of with Patanjali Kesh Kanti Oil and hair feels softer when I shampoo after using this oil.It works well to bid mild to moderate dandruff a goodbye, with regular use. I do not have much hair fall so, cannot comment. However, my sister suffered from hair fall and found this really beneficial.
Pros of Patanjali Kesh Kanti Oil:
- Controls dandruff well
- Nourishes the scalp and reduces itchiness
- Helped my sister by controlling hair fall to an extent.
- Very reasonably priced
- It contains a beautiful array of herb-based ingredients for your hair.
- coconut and sesame oils have been used as the base oil.
- Contains no mineral oil.
- It helps you sleep better
- Indian brand
Cons of Patanjali Kesh Kanti Oil:
- Might not be able to control extreme dryness, unless you leave it overnight and use a conditioner or serum after shampoo.
Would I recommend/repurchase Patanjali Kesh Kanti Oil?
Yes definitely as it is decently priced and gives good results.
